We have a key opportunity within our Supply Chain Finance team for a high-quality commercial-minded Finance Business Partner. This role exists to ensure the effective analysis, forecasting and control of all Supply Chain cost in GB (circa £600 million). This person will act as the lead financial counsel for the GB Operations team, and will be central to shaping the Supply Chain Finance vision. Exposure to both the FMCG sector and supply chain accounting and analysis are a key requirement. Analytical capability and strategic thinking will also be important, as will strong relationship-building skills. In addition, candidates will ideally be able to understand and adopt a business-partnering approach with non-finance stakeholders. Specific Areas of Role Accountability: provide insight to the Head of Supply Chain Finance, GB Operations and other business partners (Marketing, Business Analysis and Pricing/Promotion team) on Supply Chain costs, including analysis against Budget, Forecast and Prior Year; identify risks and opportunities to the GB Operations cost forecast and then work with functional partners to ensure these are either mitigated or harvested. For example, this would include recommendations on where Total Loss Elimination savings should be focussed; ensure that all Supply Chain cost is accounted for correctly in line with Britvic policies and IFRS; ensure accurate and insightful reporting and analysis of period costs for GB Operations; proactively identify,...
