Job Description: This role will be responsible for P&L management for the Cisco Services business. Working with & influencing the Cisco Services Executive team in all areas of financial performance. Driving innovation within the organisation to enable the maximisation of profitability. Working across Cisco’s geographical Theatres to drive strategy and maximise results, ensuring profits grow faster the revenue. Provide leadership to Finance team supporting Cisco Services organisation. Key Responsibilities: P&L management within the fiscal quarter and over a rolling 15 month cycle; influence & innovate Sales and Delivery strategies & validate the go-to-market; provide financial guidance to the Cisco Services organisation; influence & structure complex customer transactions; lead, develop & build the Cisco Services Finance team; influence change across broad areas of Cisco, by working with and leading a number of key initiatives; influence & drive long-term and the short term planning.
