Working as part of a cross-Functional Management team, focused on developing and performance managing the business, you will take full responsibility for the Finance function. You will be charged with developing the planning and forecasting process as well as maintaining core financial control. To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate that you have delivered change and re-engineered a large Finance function and understand the finer workings of a margin based balance sheet business. At this stage, we can only consider candidates who have significant experience gained within a retail bank or building society.
