Our client is a fast growing, project based SME and a recognised leader in its field. It is now looking to appoint a Financial Controller to take day-to-day responsibility for the Finances of the business. Reporting to the FD you will: preparation of monthly management accounts; project analysis working closely with Project Managers to ensure projects on running on time and budget and to assist the FD in forecasting; cash flow management; completion of VAT & PAYE returns; review and improve financial systems and controls to ensure accurate and timely production of management accounts to aid strategic decision-making; ensure ledgers remain accurate and complete; liaise with External Auditors; ad hoc projects as required.
