To act as a Business Partner to our Operational team based in Turkey, we need an experienced Financial Controller to manage all the financial aspects of our growing business in Turkey and to liaise with our head office Finance team based in Poland. Reporting to our Director of Operations (Turkey) and Group FD, key aspects of this very hands role include: monthly management reporting to Business Managers; financial performance reviews, variance analysis and commentary; managing the month end close process; annual budgets and rolling forecasting; expense control and reviews; managing Finance team members; providing a 'value added' service to and partnering with Business Managers.
