The role will include but not be limited to: responsible for the monthly management accounts for Hart Builders, Cruden Homes East and Joint Venture Companies; preparation of monthly management accounts, quarterly financial accounts and annual financial statements and liaising with Auditors; consolidation of subsidiary and joint ventures; project appraisals and cash flows; company cash flows - short and long-term; project management of IT projects and current IT systems.
