Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: creation and maintenance of supplier accounts; oversee the workload of the Accounts Payable Clerks; processing and matching of UK and international invoices; dealing with internal/external queries via phone, email and in person; statement reconciliations; processing of BACS, Cheque and Telegraphic Transfer payments; creation of sales invoices; investigation to resolve unmatched invoices; assist the Accounts Payable Manager and escalate any potential issues that could impact business.
