Pure Jatomi has just launched in Turkey. Our pre-sales have been amazing and our plans are ambitious. We have first class facilities in great locations and the experience from our network of Pure Health and Fitness health clubs across Eastern and Central Europe to enable us to go from strength to strength. To act as a Business Partner to our Operational team based in Turkey, we need an experienced Financial Controller to manage all the financial aspects of our growing business in Turkey and to liaise with our head office Finance team based in Poland. Reporting to our Director of Operations (Turkey) and Group FD, key aspects of this very hands role include: monthly management reporting to Business Managers; financial performance reviews, variance analysis and commentary; managing the month end close process; annual budgets and rolling forecasting; expense control and reviews; managing Finance team members; providing a 'value added' service to and partnering with Business Managers. To succeed in this role you will be a qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA, or equivalent), have a hands-on approach and have a track record in managing and motivating a team and working with Operational teams to achieve business goals. Previous experience of working in a multi-site business would be an advantage.
