A hands-on Finance Director / Financial Controller is wanted for a dynamic mail order business. The company has a turnover of £100m and retails electrical products through category websites including Laptopsdirect.co.uk and Appliancesdirect.co.uk. They also have a white label division for large retail clients such as Debenhams and Bhs. Reporting directly to the MD, you will be managing a small Finance team at the main Huddersfield office and will be responsible for all the functions of the Accounts department. You will have a significant experience in a senior management role such as Financial Controller or Finance Director and have an extensive hands-on accounts experience in a similarly sized company, ideally one with a high volume of transactions. Successful candidates will be ACCA or CIMA qualified, highly organised and have strong people management skills.
