As the Financial Controller, reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for financial control across all areas of the group. You will lead a team of 8 to complete monthly and annual accounting processes including, monthly reporting & sales analysis and statutory compliance. External relationship management of external parties such as auditors, lawyers, HMRC and insurance companies is required. As the company continues to grow you will develop and lead a best in class finance function by reviewing and enhancing analysis, controls and systems. As an ACA or ACCA qualified Accountant with a strong technical bias, commercial acumen and ambition you will have previously demonstrated the ability to interpret and deliver best practice in a FTSE listed organisation.
