Finn Laurens Associates (FLA) is a Search and Selection consultancy specialising in sourcing high calibre finance professionals.
Based in Kingston upon Thames, our client base stretches from the City and West End throughout West London and Surrey. We operate predominantly in the market for qualified and part-qualified Accountants and source for permanent, contract and temporary assignments.
FLA has 2 founding Directors who between them combine 25 years of financial recruitment experience, a wealth of market knowledge and the genuine financial knowledge of a qualified ACA. This is a powerful mix of skills that enables us to genuinely understand the requirements of both our clients and candidates. Our driving force is a shared vision of using this knowledge to deliver the service levels so often promised - both to candidates and clients alike - and so rarely delivered.
