An excellent opportunity has arisen at Norbert Dentressangle Logistics UK for a Regional Finance Manager to join the team working mainly across the sites in Rugby and Coventry. The purpose of the role is to be accountable for multi-site finance and respective admin functions on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the operation runs efficiently and effectively. Main accountabilities to include but not be limited to: provide accounting support to the Contract General Managers and Site Managers; produce/consolidate the management accounts and ensure there are adequate financial controls for the site; support the accounts payable process – accurate coding and authorisation; monthly management accounts, with variance analysis, KPI reports and commentary for management; consolidation of all central reporting for Operations & Financial for Tyres area; submission of the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet; full balance sheet reconciliations, all accounts to be reconciled on a monthly basis, risks and opportunities to be clearly identified with Contract General Manager; weekly and monthly operational performance reporting and analysis; effective control of the administration function - recruit, train, and coach members Admin team to improve performance and manage underperformance where necessary; production of the annual budget & any interim forecasts; assist management in resolving customer queries; operational planning, volumes, productivities etc; assist in evaluation,...
