My client is a long-established business with a turnover in excess of £140 million across multiple production sites. They are looking to recruit a Financial Accountant who is a strong team-player and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for: managing and developing the Purchase Ledger team, and Assistant Accountant; maintaining and developing key financial and operational controls; preparation of weekly performance reports, monthly and annual accounts, and taxation information; providing financial support to Directors, Managers and their staff, particularly regarding the management and forecasting of the cost base; capital project evaluation and reporting.
