This is a newly created role for qualified Accountant to join this leading FMCG business. This is a true business partnering role where you will add value through decision support, ensuring robust processes and controls are in place and developing highly effective working relationships with key business partners. You will be responsible for annual budgets, forecasting and conducting P&L reviews. The role will be based in Hertfordshire but you should expect to out of the office a couple of days a week visiting other sites in the South. The successful candidate will be experienced in commercial analysis, gained within a manufacturing/FMCG environment, have excellent communications skills and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Our client, a market leading business based in Stevenage is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its team. In this key role, you’ll produce monthly information and accompanying analysis to ensure that operational management are provided with timely and accurate reports and comprehensive financial support. Duties: monthly management reports; variance analysis; budgeting & forecasting; cash forecasting; overheads analysis; work with the operational management in developing budgeting; sales and margin analysis. You are a qualified Management Accountant/Financial Analyst with proven experience of working in a similar role. You have strong system skills and must have excellent communication and reporting skills.
