My client is an international Holding company for leading companies in the Food and Logistics industries. It is looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join its team in Luxembourg. Duties and responsibilities: previous experience of analysis and evaluation of national and intercompany cross-border business relationships; planning, implementation, development and optimisation of transfer pricing structures in the Group; implementation of transfer pricing policies in the Group; review of intercompany contracts for tax issues.
