It gives music lovers access to millions of tracks, through a wide range of connected consumer electronics. About the role Reporting to the FC and responsible for a small team, you'll oversee our entire range of financial objectives. Responsible for all month end, management accounts and working capital reports, you'll plan, manage and implement structures and policies to ensure we're operating in the most efficient way possible. Working closely with Department Heads, you'll assist with budgets, forecasting and re-forecasting, and will work to make continuing improvements to our financial models. You'll offer support with financial audits, as well as manage and maintain all finance systems, such as Clicktime, Egencia, Alliant and Sage 500, making sure they're up-to-date and suitable for use. This varied role will also see you involved with ad hoc finance projects, such as systems procurement, policy implementation and complex country roll out. About you You'll be a qualified Accountant, ideally with experience in a commercial environment and a proven track record in process improvement. Confident managing a team and great at building relationships, you'll have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
