Working 3 days per week, you would be expected to be a qualified Accountant (or equivalent), and be an excellent communicator, as you would be dealing with a range of business stakeholders on a daily basis. The role requires someone who is skilled in management accounts, and is capable of working within a fast-paced and pressured working environment. You ought to understand the basic principles of producing management reports, carrying out analysis on these accounts, forecasting, budgeting and being able to explain accounting information to non-financial employees.
