Highly successful and with more than 10 years of continuous double-digit, compound growth, our SME client manufactures specialised hi-tech systems with applications into a wide range of industries. The company has a well-developed Quality Management System (QMS) and they now seek a highly professional Financial Controller capable of bringing their financial governance and procedures fully into the QMS. Naturally you will be a full member of the Senior Management team and accountable to the MD for all of the business' ongoing financial processes. You will be a qualified Accountant, probably CIMA, possibly ACA, with a background either in SME manufacturing or in a semi-autonomous division of a large manufacturer. A knowledge of SAP Lite, MS Dynamics or similar ERP system would be a distinct advantage as would be previous experience of consolidated accounting. This critically important role attracts a negotiable salary and the usual mid-sized company benefits including relocation assistance.
