I am currently working with an NHS organisation in the South West that is looking for interim support for 3-6 months to work with them through year end process. This role will be looking at IFRS, faster closure of accounts and the capital programme and therefore it is essential that you have previous NHS experience as you will be expected to hit the ground running and add value from day one. The ideal candidate will be an experienced NHS Financial Accountant.

Robert Half International is currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant to cover a temporary contract for a prestigious client based in Poole. This exciting opportunity will enable you to manage the year end accounting and audit process. This will include liaison with external auditors and production of published accounts for all the clients entities, consolidated reports and accounts. On completion of the accounts you will also produce a handover plan to pass on to the existing team. You will have a proven track record in producing statutory accounts and be competent in presenting your findings to the board. Previous auditing experience would also be an advantage for this position.
