Finance Director required in Wiltshire for a renowned UK leisure destination. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to provide leadership within the Finance function and support the CEO to drive bottom and top line growth across the various revenue streams. The role will be particularly targeted to the growth of Longleat's leisure facilities and will suit a focussed and entrepreneurial finance professional with proven understanding of this market sector and the ability to help take the brand and product forward. The Finance Director will: lead and develop the Finance function; supply accurate management reports including the necessary analysis & insight to aid proactive decision-making; assist the CEO to drive operational performance; deliver improved financial KPIs and processes to support the growth and commercialisation of the business; take responsibility for meeting all audit and HMRC requirements; where required, liaise with external business advisors and the Directors; provide detailed budgets incorporating planned capital investment. You will be a qualified finance professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) who has already held a Finance Director position in a large leisure/retail operation, preferably with multi-site activity. You will understand the nature of maximising spend per head and be well versed in managing significant capital expenditure.
