The role will include: prepare the P&Ls and reports for the Management team; prepare the P&L elements of the monthly financial information submitted to the board and group in the form of consolidated monthly management accounts; assume responsibility for all general ledger codes allocated to the management accounting area and for the integrity of relevant areas of the general ledger including reconciliation of designated control accounts; work closely with the financial and non-financial Managers on the resolution of cost queries; assist with cost control initiatives, reporting on their performance and any ad hoc projects as they arise; assist in the preparation of forecast and annual budgets.
