You will bring your commercial knowledge and strategic experience to the Senior Management team and play an integral role in the development of the College for the future. The turnover of the College is circa £12m, with more than 270 employees, and as such is one of the largest employers in the area. The vision for the future of the College is to increase turnover rapidly within the next 3-5 years. You will join a Senior Management team of twelve, who have a diversity of personality, skills and creativity. Reporting directly to the Principal, the Finance Director will take full ownership for the Academy Trust's Finance function alongside guiding and mentoring the team and providing sound financial advice to the Principal and Senior Management team. In addition, the FD will play a key part in the strategic development of the College. We are looking for an inspirational, proactive and focussed qualified Accountant with a strong track record and proven post qualified experience.
