A Management Accountant is required for a manufacturing business based in Pershore. Duties will include producing the monthly management accounts, accruals and prepayments, cash flow forecasting, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns, fixed asset register, journals and monthly reporting to the Group. The ideal candidate must have previous and experience dealing with management accounts and ideally has a manufacturing background. My client is a Not for Profit organisation based in Worcestershire and due to a restructure of the Finance team is now looking to recruit a Management Accountant on a temporary 6 month basis. Key aspects of the role include: day-to-day reconciliation work on the balance sheet accounts; support the senior management and Financial Accountants in production of financial and management accounts; checking bank receipts and payments; VAT account analysis as and when required; assist in the preparation of quarterly reconciliations. We are ideally looking for a qualified or part-qualified Accountant with extensive management accounting experience. Any experience of working in a Not for Profit organisation will also be a distinct advantage.
