Opportunities in Finance. Mercedes-Benz is looking for ‘The Best or Nothing’. In 1886, Karl Benz invented the motor car whilst his rival, Gottlieb Daimler, invented the first motor cycle, the motor boat, and the commercial truck. Eventually they merged to form Mercedes-Benz, with the ambition of delivering ‘Das Beste Oder Nichts’ (The Best or Nothing) to its customers and colleagues. The graduate programme is for 18 months in which you will rotate across 3 different areas of the business. As part of your induction you will spend two weeks in Stuttgart, working on an international project with the opportunity to gain visibility in the wider business. Candidates need to achieve a 2:1 degree or above in a finance related discipline to be considered. You need a high level of energy, passion for high quality results and very customer oriented. You will possess excellent communication skills and not afraid to challenge the status quo in order to seek continuous improvement.
