Job description
Our client, a dynamic international Finance Administration division is seeking an Accountant Service Real Estate Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team within a practice area that provides accounting services to a range of entities administered by the company including; line management of individuals, setting targets, conducting performance appraisals and coordinating the workforce. The individual will also take an active role in the management of key clients and intermediary relationships. In addition to the duties above the Manager will undertake complex accounts preparation works, review accounts prepared by the team in detail and preparing quotas for accounting service work. The candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to influence others, have good organisation skills and significant experience in the field of SPV and/or alternative investment fund accounting.
