Job description
A great new position for an Accountant has arisen with a Manufacturer in South Cambridgeshire. As part of a small team, you will be responsible for reporting the company's financial results to the US Parent, preparation of statutory accounts and reconciliation to the monthly management accounts. This business is also undertaking a SAP implementation project as such you will be involved with the Project team and the implementation of their financial module. Ideally you will have experience of: accounting for all overhead costs and accruals and prepayments; preparation of the monthly P&L account and balance sheet for review; the front line response to queries from group finance. Requirements: be part-qualified, ACCA or CIMA; have a flexible approach with ability to multi-task; good communication skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines would be an advantage.
