Job description
A profitable, employee focused Media group is currently recruiting for a sole part-time (16 hours) Accountant to look after accounts for one of its Production Houses. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a similar role, ideally gained within a music industry with experience of royalties. The role: monthly management accounts and associated reporting; accounts receivable & payable; credit control & cash flow; all weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual procedures as detailed below; collation and analysis of time sheet and other internal data; preparing annual budgets with MD for clients; preparing confidential financial reports, analysis and projections for the MD- audit; monitoring of existing systems and implementation/advice on new systems/procedures as required.
