Robert Half Finance & Accounting is recruiting on behalf of a leading business within the FMCG sector, which is looking to expand its on site Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the Management team with all management information, providing accurate and timely financial reports, setting budgets and forecasting results whilst working closely with the teams to support, challenge and drive the financial performance within a manufacturing setting. Suitable candidates should have a manufacturing and/or cost accounting background, and be prepared to challenge non-finance management in order to affect better performance and decision-making. You should be computer literate in the use of Excel and ERP systems, and ideally be qualified or at the Finalist stage. This is an excellent opportunity to 'business partner' non-Finance Managers with longer-term career opportunities. Salary on offer is £34000 - £40000 per annum plus excellent benefits.
