Job description
Rattray Parkin is currently supporting the recruitment requirements of a highly successful and rapidly expanding, Midlands based Manufacturing organisation which is currently seeking to recruit a high calibre Accountant to support the continued growth of the business. Reporting to the FC the successful candidate will be a responsible for: preparation of management accounts; control account reconciliations; assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts; maintenance of fixed assets register; ad hoc financial analysis; collection of data and calculation of weekly KPIs; preparation of quarterly VAT returns; preparation of year end accounts for audit; support internal and external audits as required. In order to be considered for this position you will be a Finalist or qualified Accountant with a strong academic background and, ideally you will have previous accounting experience gained within a manufacturing organisation.
