Job description
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified ACCA/ACA Accountant who is looking for their next career move. This prestigious firm of Chartered Accountants actively seeks an ambitious and experienced candidate from a Practice background to join their fast-growing division. The role is diverse and offers excellent career progression within a very friendly working environment. Working for a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in UK dealing in a wide range of services from audit & assurance to corporate finance and tax. The company also has a strong training and development programme for staff. You must have a strong proven track record from a decent-sized Practice environment, looking to pursue and grow your career in a practice environment, be able to work as part of a team with strong communication skills and also be computer literate. Ideally you will be either ACA/ACCA qualified, have experience from a decent-sized Practice, have strong business development skills, be able to think ‘out of the box’ and have good problem solving skills. The role involves managing a portfolio of large clients maintaining and building strong working relationships, being responsible for accounts preparation and some tax work as well. Assisting with training and developing student staff and demonstrating a good working knowledge of primary accounting frameworks.
