Job description
Martin Ward Anderson's client is a world leading business with sites throughout the world. There is currently a requirement within the business for an Accountant in Inverness. Ideally you will be currently studying towards a professional accountancy qualification with experience of working within a busy finance function. Key Responsibilities: timely and accurate preparation of monthly actuals & rolling forecasts, building a close relationship with the service delivery management team; tracking of service delivery costs and revenues against budget and proactively providing analysis of actual and potential deviations; assisting in the financial management of the procurement and provisioning actuals and forecast; preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and WIP/BIA analysis; financial modelling using Excel and Business Objects. Key skills: ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload to meet the needs of the business; excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and a desire to increase knowledge and experience; high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
