Job description
Our client, a global financial institution is looking for a part-qualified Accountant - Property to join its London based work out team. This role will focus purely on the accounting and financial reporting needs of the property/property related entities that the workout group looks after. The core responsibilities of this role will be to record the business transactions, post invoices to the purchase ledger and prepare the CHAPS payments. You will also be expected to carry out bank reconciliations on a weekly and monthly basis. As well as opening bank accounts for the new acquisitions. You must be studying towards ACCA/CIMA as you will also be assisting the FC in preparing the year end financial statements. The ideal candidate will be at 1st or 2nd stage of your studies and looking for the opportunity to progress their career in the Accounting sector. You will also ideally have some prior experience in property and be a strong communicator.
