Job description
Role: assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts for all group companies; assisting with the preparation of the monthly management accounts; preparation and reconciliation of monthly premium Bordereaux for Insurer; preparation and reconciliation claims Bordereaux for insurer; control of Accounts Payable function and responsibility for implementation of new procedure and controls; month balance sheet reconciliations for all four group companies; control of client accounts in line with regulations and to include bordeauxs for premiums and claims plus all monthly reconciliations; control of Ace claims system including liaising with the Newcastle claims office and occasional travel to Newcastle. Skills: part-qualified/qualified ACCA or CIMA; excellent communication skills; strong control focus; good Excel skills; strong reconciliations skills; insurance experience preferred.
