Job description
A very exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accountant in the Scunthorpe area to work for a family run business, which is planning to continue its expansion to market. This growing company is wanting for an individual who has a commercial accounting background to focus on several key business areas. Initially you will be responsible for reviewing the current accounting procedures and implementing any recommended cost saving measures. The position will then hold full accountability for producing the management accounts, production and analysis of management information, negotiation with external suppliers and banks and liaising with the Senior Management team. It is very important that the individual for this role has a solid accounting background with experience of implementing policies and procedures across the whole Finance department. The individual must also have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive work ethic. This is a very exciting opportunity for any individual wanting to stamp their mark on a Finance department.
