Accounting Services Manager (Centralised Accounting function)

This is your opportunity to create an entirely new function within our business. You’ll lead the development and strategic delivery of a Centralised Accounting function for our accounts payable and general ledger activities– managing the process of centralisation from start to finish. Establishing robust accounting and control frameworks will be crucial as will the ability to lead and motivate a large team. And when the service is set up, your challenge will be to identify areas across the organisation where further accounting activity could be centralised to achieve cost efficiencies and add real value.
A natural strategist with a finance background and the proven ability to inspire, manage and deliver organisational change, you’re ready to make the impact we need. You’ve led and directed a shared service or centralised function before, and you know how to get the very best out of a team. You also know how to embed continuous process enhancements and deliver efficiencies. And perhaps most importantly, you’re comfortable managing stakeholder relationships and influencing at all levels within an organisation.
