Job description
An Engineering Logistics firm is looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant to start immediately within its Accounts department for 16 weeks. Working within a busy Finance team, you will be required to carry out a variety of finance related tasks. Your duties will include: maintaining the purchase ledger including processing over 200 invoices a month; maintaining the sales ledger and credit control; chasing debts from a client base of over 2000 customers; various ad hoc accounts duties; ideally you will have experience in all aspects of the mentioned duties and will be able to adapt quickly to a busy environment.
