Job description
As an Accounts Assistant, the vast majority of your time will be spent processing payments specifically payroll for international contractors worldwide. For those who want to broaden their experience, there will also be an opportunity to get involved in some more month end duties. Roles/responsibilities: payroll (paying international contractors); raising sales invoices; handling a small payroll and communicating with overseas branches. Skills/experience: experience as an Accounts Assistant; payroll experience; sales and purchase ledger experience; computer literate; first class keyboard skills; competent with Microsoft Excel; must have a logical approach and work well under pressure; Access Dimensions system experience (desirable); multi-currency payments (desirable). Personal attributes: team player; accurate approach; flexible; process driven; ability to work quickly and under pressure.
