Job description

This client is a private members club & represents a truly unique experience to its clients. Based in W1 it is in an excellent location & presents itself as a luxury establishment. This role is an Accounts Assistant position but the client is looking for two specific skills strong reconciliation experience & credit control experience. The membership fees within the organisation are very complex hence the need to reconciliation skills & in addition, the successful candidate will be communicating with clients of the club & expected to uphold the existing standards. The bulk of the responsibilities are listed below: daily cash & card reconciliation; maintenance of cashbook on a weekly basis; assisting with the Prep of management accounts; direct debit subscription collection & reconciliation; credit control. Salary & benefits: this role will be paying between £23,000-£25,000 & study support after probation. It is important to stress there is progression opportunity within this role & it is an excellent opportunity to gain further experience in an excellent environment. The responsibilities listed above are key to this role. However, if you do have any form of Credit Control you will not be considered for the role.
