Job description
Morgan McKinley is currently recruiting for a temporary to permanent Accounts Assistant. This position is to start immediately. The role is based in South Manchester. This position working for a large company is sat within the Purchase Ledger department. The role is on a temporary timesheet basis and then if successful moving onto a permanent contract. The responsibilities are: processing purchase ledger invoices; raising sales ledger invoices; handling queries; bank reconciliations; handling and processing expense claims. This role working in a small Finance team requires a dedicated individual who can demonstrate a wealth of experience particularly within purchase ledger department. It is essential that you are used to dealing with large volumes of invoices, have strong reconciliations skills and excellent communication skills. Qualifications are not essential for this role. You must be a team player, be willing to learn and be a good team player. This role is paying between £15,000-£16,000. Car parking is available, as well as an on-site canteen and many benefits when on the permanent contract.
