Job description
My client is a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants with an excellent reputation and a great team atmosphere. They are currently seeking an Accounts Junior/Semi Senior to join the team. The firm is a general practice serving a varied portfolio of clients. The role involves a mixture of accounts preparation and bookkeeping for a range of clients to strict deadlines. You will also be involved in VAT and assist with audits. The role would ideally suit a part-qualified or qualified AAT with a good grounding in accounts preparation, knowledge of Sage accounts and Iris would also be useful. Candidates with good communication skills and an enthusiastic approach are essential, as you will have considerable client contact. Good organisational ability as well as the ability to work well in a team is also required. This role represents an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic trainee who can expect a competitive salary and good benefits in return.
