Accounts Manager, Transaction Hub
Band C, £31,500 - £38,600 per annum (dependent on skills and expertise)
Based in London SW1
You will supervise and support Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, ensuring Ofgem’s prompt payment target is continually met and all income collected promptly. You will provide staffing support relating to payroll input and professional support to financial accounting services.
Key requirements:
- Sound accounting background, preferably at least part CCAB qualified, with ability to assist in the preparation of statutory accounts.
- Must have knowledge and understanding of Sun Accounts and Vision Excel.
- Must have experience of supervising a small team.
- Experience of Electronic invoice workflow system preferred.
- Knowledge and experience of Government Accounting preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good understanding of VAT.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
