Job description
My client is a rapidly growing Property Management and Chartered Surveyors based in the London West End. They are a very well established business and well known in the property market. My client is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk in to the expanding team as a result of recent new instruction. You will have experience within accounts payable and only those with property experience will be shortlisted for the vacancy. Ideally you will have used ECS (Qube) and/or Yardi and be enthusiastic about purchase ledger work. Responsibilities will include posting and scanning supplier invoices, ensuring all suppliers are paid within agreed terms, producing BACS/cheque runs on a weekly basis and dealing with any supplier queries.
