Job description
Marks Sattin is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor for an international Leisure company based in Central London. The role will report directly to the Accounts Payable Manager and is a great opportunity top work for a fantastic, growing, international business. Responsibilities for this role are: checking invoices with purchase orders/delivery notes, and obtain authorisation; update weekly flash figures, and review weekly food logs to ensure correct posting; matching, batching ad coding of invoices; review weekly statement reconciliations, and liaise with suppliers when required; prepare payments run by BACS or cheques; update and post the prepayment schedules, petty cash, and expenses; review the aged creditors, ensuring correct allocations of the direct debits. Skills required: strong Accounts Payable experience; experience of supervising a team within Accounts Payable; Sage experience; strong Excel skills.
