Job description
Our client, a prestigious Commercial Property company in Central London, is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Billings Controller to come on board within its Central Finance team on the basis of a 6 month contract. You will work closely with FC, Accounts Receivable Manager, Credit Control Manager and with other members of the business on the operational/management side. You will be required to fulfil the following duties: manage the sales ledger and ensure all invoices are correctly sent out and receipted for; manage the Accounts Receivable team; complete bank reconciliations; liaise with Credit Control team; manage client relationships; ensure month end deadlines are met and direct debits processed; return funds into client accounts when they are overpayment; ensure clients are billed correctly for all services. To apply you must have Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable experience and have worked within a Central Finance team before and been responsible for sending out large volumes of invoices and set up and managed multiple client accounts and processed direct debits. You will ideally be studying AAT and have experience in accounts/finance. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a prestigious company in Central London.
