Job description
For this Accounts Senior Manager position in Birmingham this is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Accountant to take ownership of a portfolio of clients and be responsible for growing the accounting service area of the business. For this Accounts Senior Manager opportunity the successful candidate will have/be: ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent; have post qualified experience in a Practice, handling the Accounts function; have had exposure to managing clients and dealing with them face-to-face; have been involved in business development for its current Practice and ideally have a network of existing contacts; preferred but not mandatory would be some experience within corporate finance, particularly within due diligence. A Professional Services firm based in Birmingham with ambitious and realistic expansion plans for 2012. Excellent salary and benefits are on offer. Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
