Job description
A leading progressive Accountancy Practice is currently looking for a qualified or PQE with good audit/accounts exposure and excellent academics to service a range of SME clients in the South Wales region. The work is varied and will involve assisting on larger accounts and audit assignments as well being fully responsible for carrying out work on smaller assignments. You will be supervised by and report to senior members of staff/Partners but will be encouraged to take on more responsibility as the role develops. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and reputable accountancy Practice. Responsibilities: managing client portfolios; supervising junior staff; preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies; personal and corporation tax computations and returns; dealing with client queries; working as part of a team to deliver a high quality service. Skills: ACA/ACCA qualified ideally from a mid-tier accountancy Practice; up-to-date accounting knowledge - including accounting standards; knowledge of personal and corporation tax; knowledge of Iris software an advantage.
