Maidenhead

We have an exciting new vacancy for a Reporting Analyst based in our head office in Maidenhead. The Reporting Analyst will be a key member of Finance team developing and providing standardised financial reports to the Commercial and Operations Finance teams.

We are looking for someone who is CIMA qualified with a very high level of IT skills, who has previously worked, or the desire and ability to work, in the FMCG industry. You will also be a strong communicator with demonstrable ability to build effective relationships across the organisation. In addition, you will be highly numerate with the ability to analyse multiple data sources and present clearly.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Developing accurate, concise and standardised financial reports based on requirements of the business.
  • Providing standard weekly and period reports for the Bakery Finance teams including cost centre analysis, labour reports etc.
  • Populating and distributing period capital reports for sites to complete quarterly cash flow forecasts. Reviewing and checking returns in preparation for the quarterly Capital Review Group (CRG) meetings.
  • Producing period operations finance performance tools including losses, stock analysis, energy trends etc.
  • Production and distribution of weekly/period sales reporting, generation of regional sales charts and New Product Development (NPD)/New Business Unit (NBU) reporting.
  • Be a key member within the FP&R & Operations Finance teams during forecast and period end cycles.
  • Investigate ways to continuously improve financial reports to increase speed/automation of production and challenge where appropriate.
  • Support the Operations Finance and FP&R teams on ad hoc projects.
