Job description

Analyst Support
£Competitive
Coventry

With a turnover in excess of £1.7 billion, Lloydspharmacy is the UK’s largest Community Pharmacy group. But we're an ambitious business, one that aims to be a great healthcare brand, and you’ll come in to provide the kind of financial expertise that will help support the way we change and grow while you develop your career.

The role

This is a key role in our Financial Transformation and Government team, supporting Analysts engaged on a wide range of strategic work. You’ll capture, process and monitor information from across our pharmacy network, and make sure it is available to be used by Analysts to inform business decisions. We’ll expect you to get more involved in some pilot projects, tracking the benefits associated with these. And you’ll even have the opportunity to prepare some business cases, under the guidance of Financial Analysts.

About you

You’ll probably be a graduate, or of graduate calibre, with a keen interest in business and financial analysis as well as its potential as a strategic commercial benefit. You’ll certainly be proactive, bright, forward-thinking, well organised and used to working to a high level of detail with large volumes of information. Whatever your background, we expect you’ll have a good mix of technical and people skills, including excellent spreadsheet skills and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to a wide range of audiences.

About us

With over 1,700 pharmacies nationwide, Lloydspharmacy is the largest community pharmacy group in the UK. We’re already well known for our innovative approach to healthcare, and our vision is to grow from a good pharmacy business to a great healthcare brand. By ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do, we aim to be acknowledged by our customers, employees, suppliers and the NHS as the UK’s leading pharmacy multiple in the provision of healthcare – and related products and services – to the community. This is your chance to get involved with a forward-thinking brand, and to really make a difference.

Benefits

In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary package dependent on experience. Other benefits include private medical insurance, pension, life assurance, 25 days’ holiday childcare vouchers and staff discounts.
