Job description
A well established and growing business based in South Cheshire is looking for a part-qualified or Finalist Assistant Accountant. Duties will include: all aspects of creditor processing; responsibility for collation and payment of employee expenses; production of monthly management accounts and ad hoc support to Director; maintain various balance sheet reconciliations; assist the FD in preparation of annual budgets statutory accounts and supporting schedules; work with the non-exec Director on the development greater MI and KPI reporting for the business. The candidate will be: part-qualified or Finalist – CIMA/ACCA; experienced in all the key areas including preparation of management accounts budgeting statutory accounts management information and KPI reporting; background in the SME sector; IT literate including advanced Excel skills Sage Line 50 would be advantageous.
