Job description
My client, a SME business based in London, is looking for a finance assistant who will be supporting the Financial Accountant and Finance Manager. Key Duties & Responsibilities: cash book; sales Ledger; purchase Ledger; nominal Ledger; book-Keeping support to overseas branch. The ideal candidate will be a part-qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA) with at least 18 months experience in a finance department and a strong level of competency in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. He/She should have experience of EU VAT administration and multi-currency reconciliations. Where UK qualifications are specified we will take into account overseas equivalents.
